Count with someone who listens to you, helps you, accepts you as you are, who shares your points of view without thinking of a limit to point out and judge you for disagreeing.

I do agree with this but I also think it's healthy to have friends who will disagree and challenge your own judgement. The lessons you can receive from your own perspective being met with disapproval are valuable and it takes a good friend who knows you well to help this. Nobody with any true understanding of the world around them wants to be surrounded by "yes men".

You have touched a point of great relevance, in this case that kind of friendships help and teach that you are not the owner of reason and you feel your feet on the ground, with their oppositions 180 degrees different from yours.
