A little more communication would be great but I'm not the one to initiate it. I feel like this post is like my critical mass. I've said what has needed to be said in one way or another, and now my headspace is clear.
Like I say in the post, nothing personal, don't think anyone is a bad guy, just sharing my point of view and some "history".
