This is an update post for POBLeus and WOTW. I'll not string the content across two posts and milk the tits out of it.

In an effort to get this rolling, I'm going to put forward some recommendations for the initial curators. Once we have a rough idea of how this process will work, changes can be made, and fine-tuning can be done.
I'm working with @amr008 to come up with a script that will collect a range of data to help us see who is voting responsibly as a curator based on a range of metrics. Once this script is running, there can be nominations for curators, and the stats can be dropped into a channel/post to assist with the voting process (likely on the @pobleus account).
For now, I think the best course of action is to test out the idea with a handful of curators so we can see what works and what kind of issues we may have.

It's massively centralised right now, but the goal is to set this up, create a process that is community-backed, then create a method on-chain to nominate and decide on curators.
The people I've nominated will be assisting with the initial setup of the discord and curation process (no delegation applied). A 10% curation trail follow from @proofofbrainio with a 24-hour delay will be applied to the curators who prove that they are 100% manually voting.
discord server@nevies, @ashleykalila, and @scholaris also have delegations from @proofofbrainio and will be given the curator role in the so they can assist in the #link-drop channel.
Word of the Week
There will be a few changes made to the contest starting next week.

NFT Prizes
Winners who have a WOTW weekly NFT and the Order in Chaos NFT will be able to redeem these prizes for solid powered up stake instead of 3-month delegations (the NFT does not need to be traded back, it is yours to keep).
#1 edition NFT: 150 POB
#2 edition NFT : 100 POB
#3 edition NFT : 75 POB
#4 edition NFT : 50 POB
#5 edition NFT : 25 POB
(Only NFT's earned via winning the contest will be redeemable)
WOTW Season 1
Season 1 will run from week #013 until week #023 (10 weeks).
Participants points each week will be totalled and added to the season leaderboard. Five winners will receive rewards at the end of the season.
1st Place : 2,500 POB delegation
2nd Place : 1,000 POB delegation
3rd Place : 500 POB delegation
4th Place : 500 POB delegation
5th Place : 500 POB delegation
(Delegations will last the duration of the following season, the delegation amount will scale upwards each season. The Order in Chaos NFT is not needed to receive delegation)

I'll also be looking at ways to reward accounts that actively support the POBLeus project with their feedback. The process of monitoring curators and maintaining integrity needs to be rewarded.

No criticism from me, this is a really great idea especially the POBleus initiative. I don't know much about it but from what you explained, it would be nice to have curators doing manual upvoting.
For the POB wotw, I've participated in just one of it and I most say I love the engagement in it, it's an initiative that would get people to know each other's point of view in one word.
And those prices are awesome, I hope I get to share in the prizes someday 😃
Kudos to you for this great idea and I hope the mentioned curators will agree to support you on this, it's going to bring a different and interesting mindset for POB users.

It has begun, there are a handful of people curating at the minute and we're working on the next steps to try and get the process of selecting curators more community based. So far so good! (kinda lol)

hi @calumam , if I follow the Pobleus link to the "Solutions not problems" article and then follow the discord link in that article, I get the discord error message Invite invalid - either invite expired or you don't have permission to join. Have I misunderstood? I thought the discord server was "open to all". Any chance you could point me in the right direction so that I can get onto the server to be able to engage? many thanks :-)
