I live in Russia. Buterin is Russian. I don't know how many citizens he has. I'm not following his life that much. Especially after reding that he's talking things about bitcoin. I've found that here : $10k regulation travel rule. I don't think that ethereum will surpasse bitcoin in marketcap. The more bitcoin is fighted, the more stronger it will be ! But, after all who knows, in crypto anything is possible.
That's right, anything is definitely possible with crypto. He must have moved here for the taxes. No tax on crypto trading/gains. If anyone's sitting on a lot of profits, look to move here lol.
