We should first understand that human respect is not the good things we are teached as kids like saying good morning when you enter the classroom, but here we are talking about the "hiding God and your faith because it wont be pleasant to others"
yes this is right, in the past Christians were persecuted and if they just mentioned the name of Jesus they would surely get killed, but they never feared this, instead they went straight to the executioners and presented themselves as Christians, provided that they had the certainty that if they died for Jesus, they will surely will be rewarded with eternal heaven.
Nowadays you can see "christians" if they call themselves so, not only willing to run away from executioners, no that is not necessary, instead a simple glance of hatred from others, a frown or not wanting to displease others will make them abandon God.
Yes this is correct, Apostasy is very common in many who call themselves "christians"
and sadly, they will do it out of human respect.
Yes, deny Jesus, your God, your all only because of human respect, Just because you dont want to displease others.
And if you think for yourself this is not correct, just tell me:
How long has it been that you have been hiding your faith?
How long have you been hiding talking about Jesus to others?
Since when do you seek to please men instead of doing what Jesus likes in the first place?
those who never talk about Jesus to others, specially if they do not want to displease them, or out of human respect because others do not like this, are just not christians, they belong to the world and not to God.
So the solution to this problem is of course, to disrispect, this means, to not care about what others think, or if they get displeased when they hear the Truth, or the word "Jesus" as it is a clear sign that someone suffers from demonic posession when as soon as they hear the word "Jesus" they get mad or try to attack you in any way (insults, stop saying that, dont talk about "religion", this is not the place to do so, etc....)
remember to always say The Truth, if others get "offended" you have not sinned, do not be worried, they just get mad because they are full of pride (they are bigoted).
