Probably the people in Israel don't really take the vaccine, and lied and say they did, thus skewing the data. The Pfizer vax is the one the most people got, maybe the governments are corrupt and pulled a switcher on the people and took the good ones for themselves and gave the people a fake one? There is something strange going on there for sure. Israel is now the world's Covid hotspot, despite being 60% vaccinated, so either the vax doesn't work, or they got a bad batch. There vax seems to work in all other countries, so they are definitely doing something different than the rest of the world. Or maybe it's simply the power of the mind, I was under the impression that most Israelites don't believe in the vax, so it doesn't work for them.

No. It's 78. Not 60. If they are counting those who were recently vaccinated as unvaccinated then that would explain it. I have read about the CDC using this definition.
