Men who rape women do it thinking they are satisfying a sexual desire but the rape is caused by a deeper problem. Rape is not justified, no matter how belittled, or troubled a man may be; his solution to his problems must not cause him to force himself onto a woman.
Men must source help to sort out the underlying issues that cause them to go out and rape a woman.
Psychological Drives behind rape (These is not exhaustive):
Dealing with rejection - Some men rape women to deal with past rejection from the opposite sex. They either violate the women who rejected them or another woman who shares the same characteristics as the woman who “disappointed” the perpetrator. This is because the subconscious believes people who share the same similarities are the same person.
Superiority Complex - Some men tend to think they are superior to women. These are mostly men who have self-esteem issues. Other men with self-esteem issues find healthy ways to build superiority, such as, acquiring success or working on their confidence. Unfortunately, others who are not ambitious and determined, rape women to boost their feelings of superiority over the opposite sex.
Expression of Power - Some men who have doubts about their manhood sexually assault women. The media is partly to blame as the objectification of women is rife and all over it from adverts, music videos, movies, some cartoons etc. Because of these advertised beliefs that perpetuate men’s supposed “superiority” over women, some psychologically weak man assert their manhood by raping women.
Revenge - Some men violate a woman who disappointed or dominated them in the past, one who resembles a woman who disappointed them or any women in general to relieve themselves from past disappointments from the opposite sex.
Compensation – Some men rape women to make up for the lack of social intimacy in their lives. They don’t experience being in a relationship, years pass in between them having partners because of low self-confidence, social anxiety or bad luck; they end up raping women to compensate for this.
Regaining Control - Some men who feel their lives are out of control and do not, or cannot use healthy means or methods to better their lives become rapists, and through dishonoring women they feel they are regaining control of their lives.
There are many other reasons, nonetheless, nothing justifies assaulting a woman.

I will paste the definition of creative writing that is used by the community(and is in the community description) and generally accepted worldwide(it is on wikipedia)
Specifically I would draw your attention to emphasis on narrative craft, character development, and the use of literary tropes or with various traditions of poetry and poetics.
Your piece addresses specific real world issues and breaks things down in a way that defines it as a professional, journalistic, academic or technical form of literature.
