in every colony in need of one strong leader. the importance of a leader is a central figure who is in charge of giving the best direction and being the best example in every colony. making him the dominant figure in everything. able to maintain and provide a sense of security to the group. it is an example of a breed and authoritative leader for his colony.
Is that what the leaders of this era are also giving?
the answer is not all like that. There are also leaders who only care about themselves. pursuit of power without looking at the colony. provide lessons that of course do not reflect the spirit of leadership. I don't want to comment on things like this. However, this kind of thinking arises because the current situation in the leadership environment is different from the real leader.
they positioned themselves as leaders but never cared about the misery of their people, allowed riots to occur, threatened war even against their own people. this is not a human leader. this is not a leader's mentality, this is just a hoax when someone who is blinded by power so imposes himself on the highest in the general public, he should be the hope of the community as a helper but what happens is on the contrary he is the cause of society to suffer and he is the cause of the community's loss of sense of security and trust.
be someone who is right and according to the portion of self-ability. do not force personal desires by risking the lives of the common people. The life that people live is already very hard, don't add to their burden with policies that actually make it even more difficult for them. try to make yourself a leader who really has the soul of a leader. provide a sense of security and comfort to the community. provide solutions to every problem. because realize that when you are trusted by your people you have a big responsibility that you must complete. Leave thoughts that benefit personal interests, people are always waiting for you, waiting for leaders who really make changes, not leaders who are just troublesome.
it is not easy but when we are ready to be a leader and other people believe in our ability to lead them, do it wholeheartedly and never let them down. give a sense of security and prosperity in his life. if you have done that you will find out what it means to be a true leader.
I must really say that in the world we live in most of our leaders doesn't care for their subordinates all they want is the power and the money fame and glory, it's so unfortunate that most if not all of these people in power we are elected and fixed in this positions by the people they need or govern yet out of greed and selfishness they choose to care only for themselves and for their families, when we talk about leadership it should be a selfless service to the people you govern not a selfish service, and the worst part of it all in this modern age is that when you try to confront most of them about their selfishness they tend to get angry and wants to get rid of you it's so sad that the world we find ourselves in.
