A story that does not want to end.
On 5/2020 I wrote a Facebook post against the ruling Islamic Party in Gaza. I was imprisoned for a month and got a 1200 NIS fine. This unjust fine was paid but after 7 months they called me again. They decided to cancel the previous ruling and took the previous amount, which I have not taken yet, and I will not take it. The trial was repeated. This time the judge sentenced me to 5 months and a fine of 10,000 shekels. I was detained for 4 hours until the lawyer requested a resumption.
In the summer of 2021, the judge ordered me 1000 US dollars. The payment was made, and I went home.
Yesterday, I was surprised by the arrival of the police, as they said that I did not pay the previous $1,000. I was held in prison for more than 7 hours until the lawyer came. He can to me and asked me to get the payment receipt. Now I am in the Gaza court complex to bring Gaza the receipt!!
قصة لا تريد ان تنتهي في ٥/٢٠٢٠ كتبت منشور ضد الحزب الاسلامي في غزة ، وتم سجني شهر كامل ودفع ١٢٠٠ شيكل ، وبعد ٧ شهور قاموا باستدعائي وقاموا بالغاء الحكم السابق واخد المبلغ السابق الذي لم اخذه حتى الان ولن اخذه ، تمت اعادة المحاكمة وقام القاضي بالحكم ب ٥ شهور ودفع غرامه ١٠٠٠٠ شيكل وتم حجزي يومها ٤ ساعات حتى قام المحامي بطلب استئناف ، في صيف ٢٠٢١ قام القاضي بالحكم ب ١٠٠٠ دولار امريكي وتم الدفع ، وذهبت الى البيت، امس فجأت بقدوم الشرطه ، حيث يقولون انني لم ادفع مبلغ ١٠٠٠ دولار السابق ، وتم حجزي في السجن لمدة اكثر من ٧ ساعات حتى جاء المحامي وخرجت وطلبوا مني احضا وصل الدفع ، والان انا في مجمع محاكم غزة لاحضار غزة الوصل !!
