if the past no longer exists ...
and the future never comes (because when it comes, it stops being) ...
We only have to live thoroughly the only remaining thing ...
... the present
to live in the past is to live in nostalgia. and living in the future is living in a hypothesis.
that imagined future, on the one hand, may or may not come. on the other hand, instead of living enjoying what you have, you lived longing for what you could have.
When I was a child I spent my days waiting for: waiting for Christmas to arrive, waiting for the Easter holidays to arrive, waiting for the summer holidays to arrive, waiting for elementary school to finish, and then hope that He will finish high school and then college.
I grew up the day I realized what a serious mistake I was making. If the bricks that make up my house and my days are my bricks, to burn my days was to be without a house, and by extension to be without life. The main difference between being a child and being an adult, for me, was the appreciation and appreciation of each brick on which my house sits. I have learned not to wait for whatever comes next, but to enjoy whatever I have on my plane NOW. I have learned to enjoy what is instead of yearning for what could be. This does not mean not having desires. desires not only have nothing wrong with having them, but are also necessary for overcoming. the difference is in not living on them. The contrast with my previous mentality is that before I had wishes and lived waiting for them, while now I have wishes but I live enjoying the present, not waiting for it to pass.
that desire to enjoy the house enjoying each brick is to appreciate life and to be thankful for having been born. If being born is a gift, enjoying it is giving thanks to life. and to open it is to know how to live, or, as a good friend used to say, "live with pleasure." is to be alive, knowing how to laugh, accepting to cry.
I hope it is of benefit to all of you and this article will bless you.
BLESSINGS TO ALL.....
