I play games. Yet I apply things I learn while playing games to other aspects of my life.
Same as when I read.
If I read a book but never applied anything I thought of from the book to life then all it would amount to is spending time... the only currency each of us are born with. A finite amount of time.
Make it count.
And yes I love playing games.
if they didn't teach you something you can use in life, then you wouldn't want to play them?
I think that's a nice bonus but totally not the reason to play them at all
Each person decides how they spend their time since ultimately it is the currency you are born with that hopefully is mostly under your control as to how you spend it.
If you want to spend time on my games, or other people's games that is fine as long as it is a choice. Hopefully you GET something from the game. Though it doesn't always work out that way.
