Agreed, things are definitely improving on the publicity end. I think pushing publicity and acceptance is the way to getting a fair or even better deal than men rather than solely making demands

Agreed. The trick is to normalise things you want to bring change for and that comes with slow consistency. When you shout ant it and force it in people's faces, you often have the opposite effect.
