Being honest helps me to communicate with others because of the sincere understanding I offer in my relationships, as a couple, friends, parents, siblings, children, with everyone, honesty makes us to be correct as much as we can, to be reasonable and frank in our dialogues.
Some people see honesty as a weakness towards their environment, with the fear that they can take advantage of their good actions, but honesty is to go over this fear of being vulnerable, is to give confidence to others and security with our actions, I know that honesty has given me the particular confidence to use a direct language with everyone and in a cordial manner, in this case a good combination, honesty and cordiality.
In me I have noticed good advantages with honesty, one of them being consistent with what I say and what I do, this also allows me to maintain and raise my self-esteem and self-confidence, key elements to maintain honesty, I have always considered honesty as a virtue or positive quality, and helps us to be magnets of other honest or positive people and that is very good, in the family, work, in every aspect.
Being honest relieves us of overload in the mind, we keep many things about people that we do not say, and can harm us in the long run by oversaturating us, honesty makes us release everything we feel about someone, we just have to know how to express it, is what I can tell you from my experience of being honest with my family, friends, that is, with all my environment.
