Are Tipping-Based Content Networks Sustainable?

I remember the time when the noisecash and readcash used to be one of those social networks which made many people money. And most of the people who follow me on Hive are from that network. I made a good amount of money. Also the amoutn of friends I made here and there are based on those interactions.

I also think inLEO happens to be in same category. They are good places where you get tipped for your opinions. And this way you tend to grow. I however didn't grow on these platforms. Instead I earned enough to get by. Like say 2000HP worth of the LEO was earned through the inLEO.

And the noisecash had my medical expenses served through the network. Turns out tipping based content network were just getting started.

Let's talk about them.

The tipping based content network are everywhere lately. I recently discovered the solarplex which is another NFT based tipping network. Another is the Arena which I found out from the guys in the dbuzz. So new social networks are poping up every now and then which makes you wonder where is all this happening and how can you get the most benefit out?

You have to make friends, make sure to have circle of friends for moving the tip flow. And also you have to bring new people into the network. This way the ecosystem continues to flourish in this world. More people in your circle easier it becomes in such tip based networks.

Now the difficult part is the NFT. This is where you have to consider the way these networks can be rebuilt and built upon. Like you would sell some in one such NFT marketplace and then move to another. And like this circular way you have to build the whole network around your content.

In grand scheme, it's kind of not sustainble and not replaceable for your daily job. As you have to build stakes over there. And you have to also think of keeping networks in constant content flow if that happens then you are likely to be successful.

What do you think? :)
