Uhm, for me I suggest I'm just hungry that's why I begin to ignore my success and my mind drifts towards my tiny struggles. I don't call them "failures" because they ain't, they are just a few of does phases in life I have to pass through to get to my destination.
So my dear, when you feel shitty, go eat something sweet and dance to some good music focusing on positive Vibes.
