ALGORAND implements a dispute resolution system where any transaction (post) can only be disputed (flagged) once, and when a transaction is disputed, 1000 random users are notified and if they fail to respond within a set time frame (say, 48 hours) their option is forfeit and it goes to another random user. A transaction can only be canceled (removed) if a 60% consensus is reached by the randomized jury. If there is no 60% consensus (even if it's a 599 to 401 split) then the transaction remains unaffected. There is no penalty for simply being disputed, there is no "held pending trial" status. There is a small incentive paid to jury members for their participation and there is an added bonus for voting with the majority if there is a 60% majority (and the votes are hidden from all participants until voting is completed).

Intriguing! And to me this sounds like the most plausible way forward yet! This is the sort of spam + plagiarism identification and dispute resolution we need hardwired right into Hive’s core. We are ignorant to think that we can scale effectively and in a friendly way by throwing humans at the problems we encounter on our blockchain. This is the way it’s been done for thousands of years of human history... but that doesn’t mean that it’s the right or most intelligent way to do it. In fact, anyone who knows anything about crypto, knows that we are innovating better ways to human using cryptography and blockchain for a F&);$?! reason. "regeneratte" had been previously caught for mass scamming with plagiarism on alter account called "regeneretta".

She was blacklisted but appealed and a chance was given to her so we removed the blacklist.
But she refused to stop scamming and plagiarised again. This time by stealing someone's movie review writing by paraphrasing the words. The second time, the account was permanently blacklisted. Also, she appeared to also scam by using identity deception on her 3rd account called appears to also scam on the account "alixspot".

Now, the user as many similar scammers like her who have no sense of wrongdoing, and self-criticism started to troll Hivewatchers spreading lies that she was blacklisted because we tried to censor the content of the posts.
These troll scammers think that on Hive, they can scam because everyone is anonymous and no one will ever find out like in real life.
If they disagree with being blacklisted for stealing someone else's content to use it to steal from Hive Ecosystem, they can try Steemit instead. No one will ban them there and it is free reign for scamming.
Or they can try Blurt. It is even better for scammers because no one will downvote them there.
The Hive ecosystem does not owe them anything. Getting rid of yet another abuser does everyone a favor.

As things stand I’m not going to be able to open my mouth again to tell people outside this blockchain to come here... look at all the valise legitimate comments that were downvotes by the @spaminator account. You can’t tell me that this is “good” for our blockchain and community of active OWNERS.
There’s no doubt about the need to watch for plagiarism and spam. But how we deal with it matters just as much.
