Once upon a time, There was a man who embarked on a journey with his son and his camel.
They were both sitting on the camel's back as their means of transportation, then someone passed and said 'How can you both sit on this poor camel? Dad should walk while the son rides' so the man came down leaving just his son to ride. After a little while, someone else passed and shouted "oh boy, how could you let your old man walk while you ride that's selfish he said" so he came down to walk while his we father rode. Not too long, the third person passed and complained about the man riding while his son walks. Eventually they got tired and left the camel to walk without riding it.
Then the father said to his son "Son, you can see that it hard to satisfy Men, just do what is right and be opened to being scrutinized by people around.
So this story lead to what happened today.
I was trying to talk my son from doing something i believe was inappropriate, he didn't stop so I was forced to yell and guess what, a woman who was standing by me said " oh Madame, this is the 21st century, no one talks to their kids in such manner". For a second I was
dumb folded, how is that her business ?
In my part of the world, giving moderate discipline to a child is a norm. I once read a book that there has to be a balance between the Love and Discipline we instill on our children. For effective parenting one of those mustn't be greater than the other.
When a child misbehaves publicly, people will say the child is not trained well yet when corrected they it's child abuse which made me It's just better to do the right thing inrespective of what people say.
Thanks for reading through.
You can't please humans no matter what you do and how right you feel you are.... I feel it's best to do whatever you feel is morally right cause people will still judge you irrespective of whatever happens

The funniest part is that those people who judge you most times might envy you, there judge you just not to feel inferior

It's in human being nature to always Judge no matter what you do.
Even in death people will still judge.
