As we all know that engagement is one of POB unique quality. So, how can we do better than this?
I have thought of a very simple solution, what if at least 80% of us can be making at least ten quality comment in a day.?
First of all, there are lots of benefits that comes with dropping a meaningful comments on each other post. Apart from earning some cool tokens you're indirectly positioning your account in front of your right audience who may support you in one way or another. I'm still thinking, if I haven't made that comment on Vikbuddy post few days ago am very sure by now I won't have gotten my VYB token. You never can tell who is going to pass by and see your comments.
What am saying is, engagement In POB use to be way high than this and we can still perform better. We just have to put more effort.
This is the best time to also take advantage of an engagement program by @memeisfun you just have to drop a meaningful comment on POB posts using Proofofbrain.io or proofofbrain.blog and earn some nice UPVOTE from him and possibly some liquid POB, don't wait till POB price become more higher secure your token now.
To all my dear fellow Authors, let us try and be making our post more engaging it will make it more easy to leave a comment when a post is engaging. I'm still trying to improve in this area myself.
This post is dedicated to all good curators in POB who take their time to go around and UPVOTE comments,thank you and may God crown all your effort. I made my first 200 POB token just by making comments. And in addition I gained followers.

I saw @interpretation POB engagement analysis today and @friendlymoose POB daily statistics were not encouraging at all, so I kept asking myself what happens to us? Our engagement keep on getting low as each day passes by, despite the numbers of investors keep on going up.

Bringing good engagement to POB is very important but I know it can be a bit hard at time between creating post and engaging with others but if we try more we can actually do better than this.
This is a very good call up to action and I will say it is sad that engagement is losing it value this day's too,but base on your suggestions I strongly believe that ten comments per users is not too much in a day .
With that I sincerely believe that engagement will come back to his position and aside that engagement rooms too needs to be restructured
User's Should be made to know that it is not all about dropping one comment and leave and be expecting an upvote later, their should be quality interaction and that why I always love to see user's with different opinions at times when it comes to discussion
But what will have this day's on our engagement room is one comment and that all for the day,which thier should be an improvement on too.

In cases where people do not feel too encouraged, it is easier to get distracted by little happening around, but to be sincere the bear run on Pob market is not the end of it. Earlier this year, hive was about 0.1 to 0.2 dollars, who would say that it will reach almost 3 dollars before the end of this year?
It is easier to know the guys that are truly here with us and not just for the rewards at this moment of low market. I got disconnected at some point, now I am fully back, I hope that most of our active users get back soon.
I strongly believe that this bear market will no longer last , is just a matter of time for us to see POB going to moon.
Before that happens we should try and continue to keep our community lively and stronger through quality engagement.

Hey dear, Engagement is the key, there is no denying that. It's even rewarding and key to growth on any social platform. Good job @funshee, we also have to remind people to make POB and Hive a place where they come to catch fun and interact because almost everyone reads posts, react and comment everyday but its mostly on Facebook and other mainstream networks. The same way they go there to catch fun is the same way they should come here to catch fun, there's a lot of fun to catch here. Start with my blog if you don't really know where to start 😅

One of the problems of Hive is that, as the majority of the users are after votes (and rewards), people are WAY more incentivized to create posts then to read other people's posts and comment on them, as posts usually have way higher chances of receiving votes (and higher value votes).
The tribe 1UP.Zone, created by @flauwy, had a great initiative to "fix" this: they have a curator account that ONLY votes high quality comments. Because of that, there has been a lot of interaction and engagement on the posts, and I'm truly enjoying it: everytime I post something interesting, I receive lots of actually useful comments (not the classic "oh nice post" or "hey thx for sharing this"); in the same sense, when I read some good post, I'm also incentivized to write longer comments and put more effort on them.
Considering that you're also wanting to build something similar, I would suggest you to talk with Flauwy, as he can share insights of what's working and what's not working on their comment curating system.

You're 100% correct. As content creators, it's way more important and healthy to receive one engaging comment than one vote; votes aren't personal, they're just a number.
