Good morning @chincoculbert, I think a way to improve interaction is by bringing interesting and engaging topics for discussion.
So we can try and be coming up with more engaging topics than we usually do. That can increase interaction here.

Yes,this too is very important too and I think having a single topic to discuss about won't be of help at all,cause it will also limit interaction too,, having different topic to talk about too is very important
