Anyone can create a liquidity pool and start liquidity provider rewards. I have some ideas about this, but it's too early to do it. Is the token community really active or is it just made up of tag users? This needs to be tested.
Hard to say... I used to build up my position in this pool constantly. But haven't done that in quite some time, not knowing what the future holds for POB...
