El palacio Ferreyra esta ubicado en el Centro de Nueva Córdoba, la parte mas céntrica de la ciudad, ocupa una manzana entera y sobre ella se posa una arquitectura siguiendo parámetros franceses con respecto a la casa y el extenso jardín que posee. Hoy en día el lugar se presenta como el Museo Superior de Bellas Artes Evita.
The Ferreyra Palace is located in the center of Nueva Cordoba, the most central part of the city. It occupies an entire block and its architecture follows French parameters with respect to the house and the extensive garden it has. Today the place is presented as the Evita Superior Museum of Fine Arts.
El medico cirujano Martin Ferreyra en 1912 mandó construir esta maravilla que constaba de 35 dormitorios y 19 baños. Luego de cuatro años se termino y el se asentó con su familia, lamentablemente falleció en 1918 sin poder disfrutar completamente el hábitat que lo rodeaba.
The surgeon Martin Ferreyra in 1912 ordered the construction of this marvel with 35 bedrooms and 19 bathrooms. After four years it was finished and he settled with his family, unfortunately he died in 1918 without being able to fully enjoy the habitat that surrounded him.
A pesar de los años se sigue manteniendo cuidadosamente, hoy en día alberga diferentes obras mas contemporáneas que resaltan la diferencias de épocas.
Despite the years it is still carefully maintained, today it houses different more contemporary works that highlight the differences between eras.
El recorrido es bastante amplío y lleva alrededor 1.5 horas recorrer todo el establecimiento. Recomiendo ir a la tarde ya que el parque puede usarse libremente para sentarse y pasar un día ameno.
The tour is quite extensive and takes about 1.5 hours to walk through the entire facility. I recommend going in the afternoon as the park can be used freely to sit and spend an enjoyable day.
