For your question friend that if I ask for people help, yes I do ask for help of people because we need which other.
You can give in help in return to those who helps you if is need but is not mandatory and not compulsory.
Is not good if you help someone because you accept the person to help you back or you are forcing the person to help you back.
You can help someone and you can receive the from another person, sometimes you help help mother and it met be her son that will pay back the help to our own son or yourself.
Truly we need ourselves but not the extent that if someone you help do not repay back with help we should start fighting him or use it to insulted him.
That is not a good help you just do that to expose him.
You can approach people so that they can help in many ways, you can approach by speak to to them, you plead, you spend someone to them.
