Good morning @rapha-el7 you have well spoken, pain is not permanent because when it come with time it will go, unless we want it to stay by adding no to it or causing ourselves more pain.
And who wants that nobody, all we want is good thing all time, happiness all the time, joy and peace all the time.
So is now might for us to choose the best out of it, because some do see pain as something that can not go, but it all depends on how we take action toward or attend to the pain.
I think what I want to say is some kind of funny, life is just like a market candlestick it is not always green, in every green trend you will surely see a red candlestick and in every red you will surely see a green candlestick
