Dealing with anger issues

in Proof of Brain3 years ago

If you are having trouble controlling your anger, there's a good chance that you have an anger problem. Many of us have had one issue or another in our lives and it's very common. Some of us deal with it better than others while others live with it all of their lives. Unfortunately, we can't fix anything unless we know why we are angry and what it is that drives us. Here are five signs that you may have an anger problem and steps that you can take to make changes.

You take your anger out on others. When you are mad at someone or something you often use physical means to get what you want. This includes throwing a bottle or getting angry outside of the house. The level of detail that you are willing to go through with your anger may be excessive or even criminal.

You blame others for your anger. You don't take responsibility for your own actions and your reactions. It's easy to blame others when you are frustrated, mad, or hurt. You have a tendency to put everyone on the same pedestal and label them as the cause of your problems.
