I wonder if the participants in POB talk actually get enough exercise or not. I know I need to go outside and get some exercise. I just hope it's not too hot.

It should be termed as exercise if its done Daily, on a specific timing and its done intentionally... 😏😏

Guess you overworked yourself yesterday. It is important to have adequate sleep daily so we don't become unproductive in the next day. Failure or lack of sleep has a tendency for a bad mood and low performance which isn't a food thing if we intend to remain productive each day

Well, I do it everyday but I don't just walk aimlessly, I always have a destination which is the bus stop😂😂
