I downvote a lot, but I tell people why, and I am open to explanations if I am in the wrong. Some whales seem to have vendettas instead of merely policing spam, plagiarism, and reward pool abuse. I'll go through the list and see whose posts are still pre-payout and might be worth an upvote in an effort to counterbalance the whales.

Thanks! I haven't gone through them all but the top ones are often a zeroing of the account's reputation without any explanation.
Some of these downvotes make a lot of sense, and there is some sketchy stuff to be uncovered, but others don't make a lot of sense at all. I am finding plenty of things that deserve downvotes and some that need counter-upvotes. We'll see how long my vote power lasts in both categories.
A lot of times folks get listed for some post and then the bots beat them to death evermore.
Hmm. We also see a single peculiar downvote on this very post...
Do you think I still get the chance to be forgiven if I would reform or its is just a hopeless case for me.
You'll have to take that up with whoever is downvoting you. You still have a reputation of 78. That is impressive. Was it gained during the days of vote-buying on Steemit, or earned by legitimate content creation? What got you where you are? Can you do it again from scratch, or by turning over a new leaf on this account?
I didn't bought upvotes because I know that it is frowned upon. I have my own niche mostly about myself and gained support as I also support my friends here.
I know that I made a mistake and apparently it infuriated powerful whales here so I was cancelled plus of course smaller accounts that are jealous about my achievements fueled those big stake holder's rage not to mention my opinion about the contentious fork.
Anyway if I maybe given another chance then of course I will be thankful and abide all by the written and unwritten rules.
I hope that the hive door is not permanently closed for me. I'm still waiting at it's doorstep.
I would love to see you back on Hive.
It saddens me the number of quality content producers who have been forced off Hive because of malicous downvoting.
I find them all on Blurt which is gaining at Hive's expense.
