Twitter suspended 45,000 accounts in India in July for violating guidelines.
In its monthly report released today, Twitter has announced that Twitter banned the accounts of 45,191 Indian users in July for violating its guidelines.
Of these, 42,825 accounts were suspended for promoting child sexual exploitation and consensual nudity, and another 2,366 for promoting terrorism, the report said.
Similarly in June, Twitter banned 43,000 Indian accounts. This has shocked fake Twitter accounts.
