Good day man. Quite a good question. I believe we all have different ways in which we cope and encourage ourselves through life despite the daily struggles.
I for one go through it by been optimistic and positive of a better times ahead. I encourage myself with motivating words, music, family and whatever gives me reason to value my time of earth. This things help me hang on and helps me to get through those terrible moments when life seems to crushing one down..
As they say, whatever doesn't kill you, makes you stronger. They also say tough times doesn't last but tough people do. Certain words like those help me see from a perspective that works to sharpen one's life for the better. I also hold on to seeking the face our Father in Heaven by prayears and worship, as I believe without His help we will not achieve much.
That is another great way of motivation those ways are also found uses as well, particularly listen to better music this will easily get you connected in spirit and give you a positive thinking
Yeah. Music is one transport system in the Spirit that should be explored. No wonder He who created us all designed us to show forth his praise. Music can be very soul and spirit lifting that can cast out the deepest negative emotions.
We should all do well to find inspiration from precious melodies occasionally so we don't get drowned in the worries of this age. They are never ending, the reason we need to choke those bad and depressing feeling or thoughts out and behold the better things ahead.
