This is one of the thing that affect human lives and also affects society, a lady shared with me how she was very young then and her sisters young also around the age of 14years, because of the heavy work nature of the mother , a matron in one of the government hospital and the father a navy, there was no capable hand to take care or supervise the kids, in the process she got exposed to sexual intercourse at age 13, 13, our society point hand to the man or woman, the evil culprit but fail to point at the over working nature we have created for ourselves making us to neglect everyother thing including families and home training which goes a long way affect the output in our family.
