I think ๐ค every doctor says Apples are good for our health, but i say guava is better instead of Apple ๐. Not even the fruit the leaves of guava is good for our health. Guava is too for gastroenteritis patient. It's also helpful for blood pressure patience.
Also guava is used for reducing cholesterol level ๐๏ธ. Also regular consumption of guava especially raw one's, can help in skin texturing. Also washing the skin with guava leaves can tone it up.
Every doctor says" An Apple ๐ a days keep a doctor away" but I will suggest "A guava a day keep a doctor away". Even the price of guava is cheaper then Apple.
And if you think Iam telling wrong you will ask about it.

Both have their own benefits. Apple is a rich source of iron and is considered very good for teeth, while Guava is rich in Calcium. We should eat both, they are both very tasty :D
