Here I'm going to be talking about subsidies, what it is, benefits, and negatives affects of subsidies.
Subsidies make a huge impact on the world and how it operates. Subsidies are basically benefits given to an individual, business, or an institution that would generally help the public.
You can almost count stimulus checks as a subsidy, but we are here to talk about specific subsidy U.S gives out to farmers and producers.
When giving out these subsidies they usually try to help the company while helping the people.
They would pay for part of the goods for the consumer or either give companies money to spend on equipment and other goods which flows through the economy and eventually paying for some jobs. When the government does this, it has numerous impacts around the globe. Other country get impacted by inflation they will have to compete with rising of prices of goods and compete with them by selling their own goods. This usually tends to decrease profits for other country's and their citizens.
While subsidies maybe good for the U.S, giving their citizens food on the table and not to worry.
On the other hand makes other country's live in poverty.
