Unfortunately, the bad times are just as much a part of life as the good times my friends. I adopt the attitude 'it is what it is'. When the bad times hit, I simply clear my mind, remind myself 'it is what it is', and do everything I can to eradicate the 'bad time'. Sitting around moping doesn't fix anything. Stop brooding and adjust your mood, it works.

Doing something about it is the best approach, that and indeed accepting the stuff you can't really influence. In that case it is what it is. Gotta be honest which part is what though!

When I say "it is what it is" I sometimes ask myself what is it, and at other times it doesn't really matter. if I don't have control over it, then there is not much I can do

True friend, I think its bad times that makes us stronger. Even in times of difficulty, try to be strong and calm. Fight back and make your way out. Never ever in life give up, no matter what in the end everything happens fine. So be the fighter and enjoy the journey.

Your right @vikbuddy, this are the time and season that makes us stronger and what we are now..is all about taking that big step we are afraid of.
