Talking about Anthurium I remember that about 20 years ago there was a moment when a certain species of Anthurium became so popular in my home country in Indonesia that the price rose up very high.
It was becoming so precious like diamond LOL.
Every rich chinese Indonesians there hunted it 😅.
However I had no idea what was the reason for the sudden extreme popularity at that time.

I think something like that also happened in Thailand. People became very superstitious about this plant, believing it would bring them much luck and wealth!
