A certain level of stress is not bad, in fact, it is beneficial because it helps us to adapt to the circumstances that life presents us. Everyone knows that uneasy feeling when you start college, a job, and a new challenge. This mechanism also helps us react better when faced with an emergency.

The complication comes when this situation is prolonged in time and stress is not only a specific reaction, but also becomes chronic. If the problems at work never end, if the new course is too demanding, or if a family problem occurs that seems to have no solution, then we settle into constant stress that no longer provides anything good.

And it can generate different diseases such as hypertension, gastrointestinal complications, ulcers, asthma and anorexia nervosa.

Stress is produced by different causes, such as the death of a loved one, excess or loss of work, divorce, illness and any negative situation. Many traumatic situations such as wars, accidents or catastrophes, can produce a disturbance known as post-traumatic stress disorder, which manifests itself through depression, irritability and relationship problems.

In our country, many people are going through a political, economic and social situation, which is why every day we make one and a thousand adventures to solve the needs that are presented to us. This is why we must have great internal strength to not let ourselves be overcome by stress and get ahead every day, and with a good attitude...

Stress is actually a big problem most of us are facing today especially in our various workplaces, stress has become the order of the day most especially in my country and were I reside Lagos, going to work is stressful because of hold up, coming back is same, by the time u get home it's already late in the night , all these contribute to stress which actually ain't good for our health
