I'm Getting Rid of Proof of Brain.Blog Here's Why
I have just got a bill for the new year for the domain. It is far above what I was prepared to pay for it. From the logs there were only twenty-one unique users in the month of June. Certainly I can run my customized website locally on my own computer for myself, and for the other twenty users they can do the same or use similar platforms that run on Hive:
It seems like a fool's errand to keep this running.
I might put it on a new cheap domain if someone wants to put up a small amount. There are also hosting fees and that is less costly. I can save myself quite a bit just by shutting them all down.

Hey there sorry to hear that pob is closing down. There's just not enough users here on HIVE blockchain, from my perspective. Is that what you're saying?
Best wishes from the south coast of Africa.

The Proof of Brain.blog website is run at my expense and at a loss. It is fun to use but I can have even more fun with the money the DNS companies want for another year of it. That is to say nothing about hosting. I have about twenty unique users that actually log into it. If everyone paid $2 each to use my website then I'd be okay with paying the rest of the name server fees. And if we could only get some unicorn horns we could make wands that actually work like in Harry Potter.
You shouldn't have to sponsor the project, it should pay for itself somehow. Magic wand would do it. Or Hive fund surely.
What is Magic Wand?
