Tough question, I love Mimosa for a no melee match. Byz Kittie is a lot of fun if the mana cap is high and you can pair her with a Taunt tank or maybe a double heal lineup. But really, maybe its Mylor Crowling. I really like my earth cards and Mylor/thorns is a beast.
