There is a relationship between your health and what you eat every day, feeding patterns are your every day pattern of eating, your eating pattern determines your growth and state of your health.

Food they say is life. Without food,you can't have strength, food contains nutrients that much be consume in a correct proportion for mental development and proper functioning of the whole body,as soon as a particular nutrients is omitted from what you are supposed to eat or if it is not consumed in the right proportion,then problem sets in which could results in improper functioning of the body system.
The food you eat is said to be balanced when you eat all the classes of food nutrients in the right proportion each time to you are to eat food.
Eating balanced diet equip the body system with some nutrients which makes your body resist any type of disease.
So eat well in order to live well.
