Looks like a great spread. I have had a similar disaster with a frozen turkey. The bastard things never seem to defrost!

Yeah it's true. Being the chef is a stressful position.
I read afterwards that the size turkey we had generally take 3-5 days to defrost Ina fridge lol. So just barely 2 days was not near long enough 😅
That would explain it. I gave one an overnight defrosting same it probably needed three days or something 🤣
