Turkey. We roast one at Thanksgiving and the following day we make a big pot of turkey carcass soup and I have several containers in the freezer to last me through the winter, but I don't seek it out otherwise. I'm not a big poultry fan I guess.
Can you buy turkey in the grocery store? They do not handle hot weather very well so I wonder if farmers raise them in your country?
I think that if they do, a friend recently told me that she had eaten turkey. I think the next time I go to the supermarket I'll see if they sell turkey.
