The man-woman "war" is always there and always will be.
Until both sexes admit that they are NOT equal and have inherent characteristics that make them special, new laws will have to be written to protect one or the other sex.
The business world is trying to emphasize certain typical female characteristics and others that are purely male.
But when will we learn to consider diversity a characteristic trait of each of us instead of a defect?

Feminine traits in the service industry (opposing production industry) are a lot more valued, like psychologists and most jobs that have one-on-one consultations. Maybe we've already reached this balance and we just have a hard time perceiving it because of our conflict-seeking nature. If this is the case, the problem ends up being all about ego.
