In my own opinion I don't think there's an age for maturity. Because you can see A much younger person acting more mature than an older person.
Last I checked, age doesn't tell a lot about maturity. You could see a teenager who is already really matured and you could see an 'adult' behaving so childish.
It's all about self realization.
