Thanks again for keeping me informed. I'm beginning to see both sides here. The reward pool can be abused through upvoting just as much or more than it would be through downvoting.
I see a yin and yang play here. As one goes one way the other corrects.
My number 3 ammendment doesn't look feasible in this community.
I read some of the posts about voting from a couple days ago and it got my head spinning.
I don't like when only a few people are getting most of the rewards and I also don't think the best way to communicate to them is through a downvote. They are community members who contribute and make opportunities for others to engage.
It would be best to come to an agreement with them how to use the reward pool. They seem to have the same objective in the end to grow and share rewards equally.
