Great question @kamran-rkploy,
Sometimes the things that we use to find stress relief actually cause stress. When it gets that serious it is time to take a step back. Personally I withdraw to the woods for some fresh air and exercise. I listen to what the birds are saying and watch the chipmunks and squirrels.
This is the trail behind my house. I need to get out there every once and a while but sometimes at work I get overwhelmed. I cannot walk to the forest. I have to face it right then and there. At that time I take a deep breath. If possible I step in the hall and close my eyes. Sometimes I literally count back from ten to one. This has saved me from a lot of conflict.
I wouldn't recommend closing your eyes when you are driving or operating heavy machinery, but traffic related stress and stress on the job is sometimes overwhelming. One of my friends has a classical guitar playlist just for when there is heavy traffic. This cools him down. As for me I avoid the car completely and take the train to work.
That looks really beautiful, enjoy that piece of nature!
Wow nice trail behind your house, nice place for hideout for me. I can just play music with my headset wonder around, get lost and find my track later.
Such a cool place to chill out you got there. I wish I stayed close to you lol.
I'm out there now. It's filled with birds now. I have like 10 minutes before getting ready for work.
Oh wow! I read your reply after I posted mine and we have such similar thoughts.
Well. It's not copyrighted. I guess it is common sense.
Ohh...I want that in my living space!
How nice it looks and it's a privilege to have such a place right at home.

I don't own that land. It belongs to the university behind our house.
It doesn't matter, you can enjoy it constantly and it's enjoyable.
