This gets at the heart of what destroys all government. It does not matter if your government is communist, socialist, capitalist, or even a monarchy... systems of government aren't inherently bad, but corruption will destroy them all. It is the corruption of policy, to twist it to the desires of those in power, that causes leadership to fail.
