Happiness is Strength

Sometimes we feel like doing certain things but we cannot just because we are not in a right state of mind or feeling sad. But, whenever we are happy, we tend to do more than expected and still promise to do more.

I am not surprise why some feel weak anytime they are unhappy because I have tasted both. If we can be more happy than being sad we will save ourselves from avoidable health issues related to psychology defects.

The best way to start a day is to start with happiness irrespective of what lies ahead bearing in mind that you cannot do more than your ability and this does not mean your should stop thinking of how best to carry out your activities.
Life may throw some stones at you but always try to be happy. Thinking of giving up is not a best solution, always remember your set goals and objectives whenever you think of giving up. Unhappiness often make us to lose interest in many things and sometimes before we realize it, an opportunity might have been lost.

Avoiding whatever that easily make us sad will help us remain happy. On the other hand, do not forget that friend or brother/sister that often make you happy, that person may be a God-sent to you.
In conclusion, if you have a choice to choose between happiness and sadness, please choose happiness, it gives motivation
