Determination is essential to stop some habits, not a just saying it but actions are required. Abstinence would have been the best way if possible

What we do often will become a habit over time. No doubt, breaking such a habit would be a Herculean task. But it can be achieved.
When a habit is detrimental to health we must, as much as we can break out if of such.
