Censorship has ended, but I just have to drop mine.
Censorship has to deal with manner and moral which can be supervised by any body. Either the governor of a state or parents.
Mostly, every country shift the blame on government for the bad manner and morality in the society. The bad manner like, Fraud, Robbery, Hoodlum etc.
The government are trying to cage and stop this bad manner but it unfortunate that the more the government get new strategies for it, the more the bad manner expands.
It every where, even among those who call themselves the security.
I could remember vividly last year here in Nigeria when the youth of Nigeria protest and fight against the unnecessary killing and harassment of the youth.
Though, what Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) were doing then was quite good but they have gone extremely. Any youth who drives a car either his parents car or not they don't want to know, they assume such person is a yahoo boy and they will request for money and if such refuses to provide, they will kill. Later every thing ended with fight, sharing of blood, many innocent life's were lost to the incident. That's more reason Nigeria youth can't forget the terrible day which make it a year last month.
The government are not also excluded from this as well.
There should be a way that the government will monitor or supervise his people.
And the best way to do that is by catching them young when in school. Student are to be studied right from the primary school. I believe we dont go to school to earn the certificate or just to examine the students about their ability to read and write but also to examine, test them about their relationship with others, behavior and this should be reported in the result sheet.
The same thing goes to Nigerian police, collecting bribe and the most worst part of it is that even the soldiers we respect mostly has started to emulate. I don't think these bad manner can stop expect if parents supervise their children manner and morality (Censorship) from the very onset. We should blame the government when the foundation is not good.
I can say, the foundation of countries in the world is not really good because corruption every where but it has grade. One country might different from another especially the developed country are quite fair in terms of bad manner compared to underdeveloped countries.

This is because, the government themselves are deeply corrupted by this bad manner. They try to stop the masses from doing what they, themselves do frequently. It’s just like a fornicating father trying to stop young boys from mingling around his daughter.
What they did is by no way near good, catching yahoo boys is just a cover head for the real extortion operation they are carrying out. What they do is mainly catching a rat in place of a rabbit.
They collect bribes from the real internet fraud stars giving them the freedom to do as they like, but they catch guys who are just good looking but do not have the required payment they requested probably because these guys are clean and do not have extra money to give out. They harass and sometimes kill people who can’t afford the bribery they collect, or people who claim to be clean and claims the right not to be harassed without an offense.
We call them the security agency when they can be described as licensed harmed rubbers. And this criminal act of theirs would only make more people participate in internet fraud so that they would have enough money to pay not to be harassed when they come across the security agency.
