How long you think it will take before the masses disregard celeb tweets, when making investment decisions? It's always waves, don't think the proce will settle anytime soon.. but who knows

It is difficult to see that sea change in the investment decisions related to the celebrity tweets anytime soon. This is now an inherent aspect of the cryptocurrency world. I also read some time back that there would be some tools which would be developed to analyse the tweets of Elon Musk, decide whether its positive or negative and take the position in the market. For such tools to succeed it is necessary for Musk to tweet.

Lol, lol. Tools to detect tweets energy? That's hilarious.

How's a tool supposed to read a post and know whether or not it's positive? That's like trying to read a person's mind that isn't physically there. Things like facial expressions and body motions are key points to reading one's mind after a speech, so I don't know how a tool wants to detect what Elon really means from random words typed.

It's only gonna get worse. People will have to check Elon Musk's tweets to see if it is safe to cross the street.

Sadly.

I think it's possible, an AI could possibly deduce a certain sentiment from tweets if they're long enough and has some history to analyse. It's indeed sad but I think in the long term it won't matter TOO much. It just causes a lot of volatility short term..

It may never happen!

The masses will always jump on whatever boat a more achieved personality is on, that's how the cards are being played. They believe whatever they say or the decisions they make are heavenly sent, sadly.

Posted via proofofbrain.io

Could be, I do think it mostly creates short term swings though and will not matter much in the long run

That's a good question.... I hope it happens sooner than later. I stopped basing my decisions on celeb tweets a long time ago (never have, really) but I'm only a very small fish in the pond

Me too, it's happens so easily though. The masses are quite easily influenced..
