Don't say you have heard or read something like this before, the communication of the spirit can be in a whole different revelation. The kind of things that you read is very important for your growth. Always develop an attitude of Reading spiritual things, because once your spiritual man is developed your physical man will grow.
The word of God contains spiritual truths and insights that can help you grow.
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
2 Timothy 3:16 KJV
It is very dangerous to ignore the word of God. The Bible says;
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
Hosea 4:6 KJV
WHAT DO I NEED TO GROW?
For growth one of the most important things Is "knowledge"
What then is the knowledge referred to in the scripture above?
It is from the Greek Word EPIGNOSIS meaning - full and accurate or correct knowledge
The knowledge referred to in the scripture above is spiritual knowledge.
People get into trouble for their lack of EPIGNOSIS.
For anyone to grow in anything he or she must invest in the area he or she wants to grow, gain more knowledge (not epignosis here) for instance, if you are a sportsman, you must train yourself daily in line with that activity, if you are a trader you must invest in learning technical and fundamental analysis and so on. So you can deal wisely in your affairs.
Also as a Christian that wants to grow in the things of God, you must invest in the things of God.
Always remember that you are what you eat. Whatever gets into your body is what will determine how healthy you become. Always feed yourself with the right information, with the right materials needed. Your life is a result of the things you have been feeding on.
Whatsoever you allow is what will happen, if you allow the wrong attitudes of others to affect you, it means you are weak. You are supposed to determine how your life should go, not others.
NOW LET'S DIVE INTO THIS MORE DEEPLY.

For that will reveal your identity as children of your heavenly Father. He is kind to all by bringing the sunrise to warm and rainfall to refresh whether a person does what is good or evil.

How are you different if you are like them?
The only thing that makes you different is when you live differently from the rest of the world. Following the examples of your heavenly Father.
If nobody cares about you, show care, love and kindness to others, make a provision for someone else to experience love through you.
The Bible says it is more blessed to give than to receive. The one that gives is greater than the one that receives. So be that one that gives, be that one that shows love towards others. There are a lot of people in the world today looking for people to love them. Don't add to the number, be the one reaching out to help others.
The Goodness kindness, Love Joy you are making others feel and experience, continue doing it, God who sees in secret will one day reward you openly.
And suddenly you will find out that the things you were chasing before now, will start coming after you without you having to struggle for them. Because the Bible says when the clouds are filled with rain, they empty themselves upon the Earth. Soon enough, not too far from now your cloud of expectations, prayers and the faith you have expressed will be filled and begin to empty on your behalf.
