Ok, so the clock is what we might call a Thunder Egg. Sometimes they are hollow, sometimes they are solid in this case. The blue/white crystal is an agate/chalcedony. It's a nice piece and worth the price if you like minerals.

As for the rest of the minerals, most look like very common quartz, agates, jaspers, etc. These are the typical stones everyone has.

My personal interest in rocks is rarity, aesthetics & history. I love to think about the geologic & cosmic forces it took to produce each crystal that you hold in your hand. Sometimes the stones have sat for millions of years before I dig them up. It's pretty mind boggling.
